An Afternoon with Everett.

Most of the time lately, I seem to have lost my way with words. Not that I ever really had a way with words before, but somehow they all seem to be running away from me.

However, I have been absorbing. Everything.

I’ve been listening to music and the epic summer adventures of my friends and watching my world continue to evolve faster than my eyes can keep up. I saw my sister off to her second semester at FSU and I am pretty sure I have seen every centimeter of my little brother’s growth spurt. He’s my favorite little weed.

I go to bed most nights so tired that my eyes betray me before my head even meets the pillow. But I wouldn’t trade it. Ever.

As I sat here putting together this blogpost, I couldn’t help but think about everything that babies absorb in their small state of being. This little guy was so inquisitive; his eyes were always dancing around, trying to decipher what my camera lens was doing in front of his face. I could have watched him all day. But instead, here is a glimpse into my afternoon with Everett.

He is beautifully perfect. Wonderful job capturing this little owl – he’s so long and skinny! Precious, precious photos, Court! :-)

Oh Court, I love these! I love that they capture everyday life… especially since it’s such a blur at the beginning.

Those big blue eyes will be heart breakers when he gets older! Looks like one very happy Florida family with their new baby! I loved those precious moments when everything is new and you aren’t quite too tired yet. My family and I were thinking of relocating to Florida for the weather and since I’m expecting my third child I think it would be a great environoment. I can’t wait to get out photos taken! Should be a good one. Until we move, we love to vacation in Palm Bay! Family gem and so adorable I cannot handle it. The Palm Bay Hotel (www.palmbay-hotel.com) is great for people traveling on a budget (like families!). Well worth checking out!
